"Maybe just extend an hour and a half," she said, to allow a more robust discussion without adding excessive separate meetings. Members agreed to provide availability to Joe so staff can propose dates and formats.
The retreat is intended to produce a prioritized list of areas for reconnaissance and intensive surveys, inform a 2026 budget request (members discussed asking for $20,000–$25,000), and help incoming members understand longer-term goals.
