Commission plans August RFP and multiyear contract language to retain survey continuity

Joe said the previous contract was about $16,000 and that Kirk fulfilled that work; members discussed issuing a new RFP quickly and building multiyear or on-call language into the scope. They discussed an early-August posting with a late-August/early-September application deadline and identified the need to consult county procurement (Clay) and county finance (Matt Levitt) about multi-year structure and whether the $15,000 can be carried into 2026 if needed.
