The board approved a fireworks permit for J and M Dispatients Incorporated during its July 15 meeting. Committee member (S4) moved to approve the permit and specified the event date and location: "This is a fireworks display to be held on 07/25/2026 at 22051 230th Street, Hubbard, Iowa." The motion was seconded and the board voted in favor.
