Rowdy Larkins provided a status update on multiple project permit applications. He said LAV2023-15 (Joe Sutera) is close to final inspection; KOA West pizzeria and KOA West landscaping reviews remain in progress; two retaining walls at KOA West courtyard are in progress and will require continued review; Scott Sherman’s 277 Main St permit was approved pending payment of fees; Heidi Patha’s entrance plans changed and are under review; and the Suites of Lava project is awaiting next-stage actions.
