Londonderry approved a Green Mountain Power agreement for work on Under the Mountain Road contingent on GMP filing a Road Access Right of Way permit and paying the associated fee; GMP will adapt a Driveway Right of Way form and return with the filing to begin work in August.

The Londonderry Selectboard approved a Green Mountain Power (GMP) agreement for work on Under the Mountain Road on the condition that GMP submit the required filing fee and a Road Access Right of Way permit. Road Foreman Josh Dryden and Town Attorney Bob Fisher raised questions that the board resolved, and GMP's Tim Jones said he would return with the filing fee and permit as soon as possible so work can begin in August.
