The Town of Londonderry Development Review Board on July 15 opened and heard a public application to construct a deck at 219 Pierce Ridge Road, located in the town’s conservation district. The application was submitted by Mt Rose Property Mgt. on behalf of landowner Teddi Olszewski and was presented to the board during the public hearing held at 5:38 p.m.
