The Marlow board moved into executive session at 6:42 p.m. on Dec. 5 to discuss the annual evaluation of Superintendent Corey Holland pursuant to 70 O.S. 5-118 and 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1). The motion to convene executive session was made by Terry Turner and seconded by Mark O'Neal; the motion carried with all members voting "Yea."
