The Planning Commission acknowledged at its Sept. 30 meeting that a recommended next step hinged on receiving formal correspondence from Stantec regarding the Route 11/Middletown Road intersection. Because the letter had not been received, the commission tabled action on the item. Tom Cavanagh provided some informal details about what the report contains, but commissioners agreed to take no action until they receive the written communication from Stantec.
