City Attorney Joanna briefed the council on a settlement among the developer (QMC/Cortera), Ennequois Holdings LLC and neighboring property owner David Grampa related to a mixed-use permit appeal. Joanna said the parties had signed an agreement and that the city's remaining role is to approve and execute its part; she emphasized that the agreement contained no monetary obligations for the city.
