Chase provided a status update on the Groundwater Ad Hoc Committee, which was formed around 2018 following the Livestock Operations Study Group recommendations. He said the committee has maintained a progress tracker with color coding: green for completed or substantial progress, yellow/orange for in progress, and red for no progress — currently showing items such as erosion‑control/stormwater ordinances remain on hold due to workload and funding constraints.
