The New Strawn City Council approved Ordinance No. 2024-04 to reduce the Access Capacity Charge from $36.50 to $24.00 per month and approved Ordinance No. 2024-05 to rezone several Block B lots from C-1 to R-2; both motions passed 4-0 by show of hands.

The council approved Ordinance No. 2024-04 to lower the Access Capacity Charge (ACC) from $36.50 per month to $24.00 per month; the motion passed 4-0 by show of hands. Councilmember Stephanie Baker moved and Councilmember David Christiansen seconded the motion to adopt the ordinance.
