Maintenance Operator Steven Dwight told the council the city will seek bids on four projects: a "Tooth Bucket," crack sealing, a snowplow and a fence; the council approved seeking bids for all four. Dwight also said the radio on the water tower is roughly 20 years old and that the council authorized requesting bids to replace or update the system.
