Committee members discussed two prioritized deep-dive study areas for the master plan: the Good Shepherd site on Main Street and an assemblage surrounding the Frederickson property east of Bailey Park. Karen said the organization purchased roughly 18–18.5 acres of the field, and members agreed parcel ownership must be mapped precisely before planning proceeds.
