County staff presented a draft contract for purchase of land described in the meeting record as approximately 13.49 acres, priced at $15,000. Staff recommended title insurance and a survey (Huddleston suggested as the surveyor and a county-familiar title firm for closing). The buyer’s deadlines in the contract were slightly extended to accommodate staff timing.
