The commission discussed logistics for the Dec. 9 meeting when Stevens & Associates will present the final draft of the South Derry Master Plan. Members debated whether to use GNAT or YouTube for streaming and agreed to consider which platforms would best reach the public. Chair Jen Greenfield suggested the Select Board produce a chart listing committees, their members, and meeting schedules to improve coordination and outreach.
