Lincoln Selectboard approves parcel mapping, access permit, road-certification and routine warrants

The Town of Lincoln Selectboard approved a set of routine actions at its March 17 meeting, including a parcel mapping contract, an access-permit correction and the annual road-and-bridge certification.
Chair Tim McGowan moved “to approve parcel mapping for the sum of $2,200 which is the same as last year for the Lincoln 2026 parcel map update,” a motion seconded by Joe Martell and passed unanimously. The board also approved an additional access permit for Dumont-Lueders #26-019 after Tim Lueders-Dumont explained that the driveway had been built in a different location and the deed now shows an easement allowing its use.
Trish Waugh explained the annual certification for Town Road and Bridge Standards and the network inventory required for eligibility for state municipal road grants. Tim moved “to approve the annual certification of compliance for Town Road and Bridge Standards and Network Inventory,” a motion seconded by Lisa Sargent and approved 5–0.
The board approved accounts payable warrant AP 26-38 for $28,795.99 (line items include Barrett Trucking for salt and Cargill Inc.) and payroll warrants PR 26-36 ($8,062.63) and PR 26-37 ($7,536.16). All warrant votes passed 5–0. The board also approved the March 4 meeting minutes (vote 4–0–1; one member absent from that meeting).
The approvals were procedural and keep existing vendor relationships and state compliance current; no new long-term commitments or policy changes were enacted. The Selectboard adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
