Council notes staff absences; police chief did not report
At the Sept. 15 meeting the council recorded absences of City Planner Rollin Harper and Public Works Director Todd Daniels (both absent with notice) and noted Police Chief MacPhee was not present to report on police activity. Clerk Treasurer Monica King and guest Kelly Klem were present.

Mayor Kevin Hester opened the Sept. 15, 2025 meeting and the council recorded attendance: Councilmembers Steve Neyens, Randy Relethford, Dave Finet and Collin Hester (via Zoom) were present; Councilmember Marshall Judy was absent with notice.
