Following an executive session for legal matters, the board authorized Attorney Mitch Johnson to communicate with TRE Environmental to arrange an additional $1,000 of work related to town business.

The board entered executive session under SDCL 1-25-2.3 for legal matters at 6:37 p.m. and exited at 6:41 p.m. Immediately after, Trustee David Cofoid moved that Attorney Mitch Johnson communicate to TRE Environmental for additional work in the amount of $1,000; Trustee Will Parks seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
