Trustee David Cofoid moved to approve building permit BP4-15-26 for Peak Construction at 417 Cemetery Rd to replace an asphalt roof with a steel roof. Trustee Nikki Ball seconded the motion and the board voted all aye to approve the permit and to levy a fine because work had started before the permit was approved.
