Town Engineer Zach Grapentine explained the six-inch meters requested by the K Bar S for their service line would not register low flows. After discussion of options, Trustee David Cofoid moved to direct K Bar S to install a compound meter with a backflow preventer; Trustee Nikki Ball seconded and the motion passed by unanimous vote.
