Board approves owner-occupied property status changes

The Kingsbury County Board of Equalization reviewed owner-occupied status changes presented by staff and approved the list. Director of Equalization Tammy Anderson presented the item and the board moved to adopt the recommended adjustments to owner-occupied classifications.
Commissioner Steve Spilde moved to approve the owner-occupied changes and Commissioner Corey Lundquist seconded; the motion carried with all present voting aye. The approved changes will be applied to the county records as recorded in the April 15 minutes.
