Trustees approve Cal Loock Rentals assessment reductions for town lot
Cal Loock Rentals LLC asked the Keystone board to reduce land and structure assessments; the trustees agreed to lower the land value to $16,200 and the structure to $186,600.

Cal Loock Rentals LLC requested reductions to remain near last year's assessment and asked the board to lower land from $16,300 to $16,200 and structure from $208,800 to $186,600 for an Original Town parcel (Block 9, Lot 13; Parcel ID: 70-08-231-004; Tax ID: 6945). Trustee Nikki Ball moved the combined reduction; Trustee David Cofoid seconded and the board approved the motion unanimously.
