Board approves smaller reduction for Big Thunder Inc. structure
Big Thunder Inc.'s requested reduction moved the structure value from $262,200 to $253,200 after the board heard that part of the property became owner-occupied and that the structure needs a new roof and flooring.

Big Thunder Inc. successfully appealed a portion of its structure assessment; the Board voted to lower the assessed value from $262,200 to $253,200. Trustee Nikki Ball moved the reduction and Trustee David Cofoid seconded; the vote was unanimous.
