The Nooksack City Council adopted Ordinance #763 on Dec. 15, creating a new Chapter 19.68 of the Nooksack Municipal Code to regulate accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Councilmember Dave Finet moved to approve the ordinance and Councilmember Marshall Judy seconded; the motion carried.
