The Superintendent presented visuals of construction progress on district projects and credited project manager Team CSG and on-site lead Ladish for hands-on oversight. She pointed to images and said, "On the left is an elevator shaft going in," and described concrete framing and incoming iron work at the site.
She outlined site mitigation steps to address recent rain: installing retention-pond grading, French drains, crushed stone to stabilize foundations, using mulch and rock for erosion control, and ongoing geothermal testing to measure soil movement and saturation. The Superintendent praised contractors by name and said students will be invited to sign a message to future occupants when steel is set.
