The Vergennes City Council voted unanimously to adopt a resolution authorizing the Vergennes Police Department to participate in the Federal Equitable Sharing Program. Chief Ouellette described program operations and responded to council questions before Alderman Koenig moved the resolution and Alderman Murray-Killon seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
