During Step 4–6 of the Conservation Review Workshop the commission reviewed two letter templates for Development Review Board (DRB) comment—one short for minimal concerns and a longer template for cases involving Areas of High Public Value. Commissioners confirmed they consider adjacent properties when assessing wildlife habitat and public-value impacts.
