Commission staff told members they should book their own hotel rooms (with reimbursement available) and that a collegial dinner the night before interviews will be held for non-business socializing only. Doug said commissioners "can stay wherever you would like to stay, and you will be responsible for booking your own hotel," and the chair confirmed the commission will cover expenses under the constitution.
