Council sets deadlines for multiple properties in code-compliance hearing

Motions approved included 30-day compliance orders for 403 S. Main St., 411 S. Main St., 515 S. Main St., 300 S. Main St., 202 W. South St., and specific orders for 421 W. South St. (full compliance including windows, shed, doors, stagnant water and cleanup) and 210 N. Main (remove unapproved fencing, register vehicles, move debris and repair sidewalks). The minutes record repeated 4-0 votes with movers and seconders noted for each motion. The council asked staff to prepare the formal resolutions to memorialize the deadlines and corrective requirements.
