Committee approves multiple agreements including URI clinical affiliation and behavioral services

The Lincoln School Committee approved a group of agreements that the administration presented together for efficiency. The package included a TAC LLC agreement, a University of Rhode Island speech pathology clinical affiliation agreement dated 04/01/2026–04/01/2036, an advanced behavioral consultation agreement for 2627, a translation agreement, a Well‑being Student Assistance Services Agreement, an Employee Assistance Program Agreement, and a LearnWell agreement.
Chair (S1) noted the agreements were publicly advertised and reviewed by legal counsel before the vote. The motion to approve was moved and seconded; committee members voted 'Aye' and the chair announced the motion carries. Several agreements have multi-year terms (the URI agreement runs 04/01/2026–04/01/2036), and staff said they would manage implementation and reporting as indicated in each contract.
