Lake Helen approves CAC redevelopment plan and authorizes implementation funding

Staff asked the commission for formal approval of the CHC redevelopment plan for the CAC building and authorization for the city administrator to proceed with implementation and expend funds up to the proposed budget. The proposal had been the subject of a workshop earlier in the month and staff stated the project would generate revenue to help support facility operations and programming.
