Board approves setback variance for barn replacement in Arcadia

McNamee said the south side setback would remain the same as the existing structure: "It'll be the exact same footprint."
Board members noted upgrades are improvements and that, had the ordinance not changed in 2022, the owner might not have needed to seek a variance. A motion to approve the petition was made and the board voted in favor; the variance was approved as presented.
