Planning Board accepts county's Area 2 'rural' map change with annexation clarification
The board voted 5–2 to accept a Board of County Commissioners condition to change Area 2 Neighborhood 1 lands to a rural land-use designation, adding language that any annexed areas would be expected to update to a nonrural (city) land-use designation and be subject to city zoning and processes.
