Pasco City staff will present a proposal to create a traffic safety program within the Pasco Police Department that would add cost but could be paid for using revenue from red light camera tickets. "It would be an additional cost, but we could take the money from red light camera tickets to help pay for traffic safety efforts," Communications Coordinator Alyssa Warner said.
