The Pasco City Council will consider a proposal to extend its temporary moratorium on essential public facilities — including LRA housing — that is currently scheduled to expire next month. Communications Coordinator Alyssa Warner explained that "extending the deadline until the end of the year would give the city more time to create a plan."
