Staff reported that the Division of Water Resources and Division of Drinking Water reviewed the county’s general plan and recommended adding a water‑use element. The addendum — located near the end of the plan (page 49 onward) — lists water suppliers, projected future demand tied to population and jobs, references regional conservation goals and includes a canal‑map appendix to be updated as needed.
