Nooksack council approves two surplus-property resolutions
Councilmembers approved Resolution No. 339 (disposal of surplus inventory) and Resolution No. 341 (declaring and authorizing sale of certain property) on motions by Councilmember Marshall Judy with Councilmember Elizabeth Bahzad seconding; both motions carried.

The Nooksack City Council passed two resolutions on April 6, 2026, addressing surplus items and property. Councilmember Marshall Judy moved to approve Resolution No. 339, providing for disposal of certain inventory items deemed surplus; Councilmember Elizabeth Bahzad seconded and the motion carried. Immediately afterward Judy moved to approve Resolution No. 341, declaring certain property surplus and authorizing its sale; Bahzad again seconded and the motion carried.
