The Rich County Commission unanimously adopted Rich County Ordinance O25-3, updating rules for building permits and certificates of occupancy. County Attorney Ben Willoughby presented the ordinance with the changes requested during the public hearing on Dec. 11, 2024; Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee moved to approve and Commissioner William E. Cox seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
