The Pleasant View City Council convened Feb. 4, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. in the city offices at 520 West Elberta Dr. Mayor Steve Gibson called the meeting to order and the minutes note that Councilmember David Marriott conducted the meeting. The minutes list councilmembers Ann Arrington, Johnny Ferry, David Marriott, Sara Urry and Sean Wilkinson present, and record staff attendees Andrea Steiniger, Tyson Jackson, Heather Gale, Mike Hurst and Robbie Done.
