Chair Jennifer Greenfield told commissioners she did not want access to the town "vault" for posting agendas and minutes; Pamela J. Spaulding said she would post minutes to the town website to ease the administrative burden. The exchange followed an email from the Town Administrator about chairs getting vault access and posting responsibilities.
