Rich County approves Bio West contract for Trails Master Plan

The Rich County Commission on Nov. 5 unanimously authorized a contract with Bio West of Logan, Utah, to prepare a Trails Master Plan. Wes Thompson, Trails Board chairman, presented the consultant selection and said Bio West was chosen from three qualified firms.
Commissioner William E. Cox moved to adopt the resolution authorizing the Trails Master Plan contract and to execute the contract; Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee seconded and the vote was unanimous. The contract authorization follows the Trails Board’s recommendation and tasks the consultant with preparing a countywide plan for trails and related amenities.
