The Snyderville Basin Planning Commission approved a plan amendment to combine Lots 54 and 55 in the Timberline 1 subdivision at 7988 Cedar Way, a change staff says will correct a building encroachment and bring the house into compliance with current setback rules. Planner Osman told commissioners the applicant proposes removing the internal lot line to resolve a nonconforming setback and that service providers raised no objections; staff recommended approval based on the findings and conditions in the staff report.
