The Junction Commons master plan (large mixed-use redevelopment formerly Park City Outlets) was taken off tonight's agenda after the applicant reported an unresolved utility problem and asked to return with a complete package. No public hearing was held and the item will be rescheduled.

The planning commission removed consideration of the Junction Commons master plan from tonight’s agenda after the applicant reported a last-minute utility problem. Chair (speaker 2) said the applicant asked to withdraw the item so the team could resolve the issue and return with a full submittal.
