Chairman Michael Weiss moved Jan. 2 that the board sign the Annual Verification of Emergency Plan Letters of Agreement with Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD); Commissioner Mike Hall seconded the motion. The minutes record Weiss and Hall voting "aye" and Commissioner Bryan Mellage absent, carrying the motion to approve the verification letters.
