The City of Lowell convened a work session on March 4, 2025, at Lowell Rural Fire Protection District Fire Station 1, 389 N. Pioneer Street. Mayor Maureen Weathers called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; councilors Don Bennett, Gail Harris, Tim Stratis and Jimmy Murray were present, and no councilors were absent. Interim City Administrator Max Baker attended as staff support.
