The Board approved emergency certification applications under agenda item 4E. Certified emergency approvals include Demetria Dawson for high-school Algebra I; Tina Smith for 8th-grade art (with an added assignment for 5th–8th social studies); Cordell Love for high-school Oklahoma history and government; Arrel Swanagan for 5th-grade social studies and 7th-grade geography; and additional at-hand entries for Clifton Harris and Kendra Hollingsworth.
