Board approves E‑Rate, software and testing contracts; authorizes equipment purchase
Trustees approved an E‑Rate contract with CRW Consulting for Program Year 2026, Sylogist software agreements for the student information system, DOT and student drug testing contracts with ADTI, and authorized purchase of a new elementary walk‑in refrigerator/freezer (Superintendent to confirm warranty).

At the May 14 meeting the Oklahoma Union board moved to approve several vendor contracts for the 2025–2026 school year. Motion by KY Cole, seconded by Hannah Nolte, approved the E‑Rate contract with CRW Consulting for Program Year 2026 (E‑Rate Year 29); the minutes record Callahan as abstaining on that vote.
