Community Development Director Brad Johnson presented the Planning Commission’s recommended 2026 work plan and emphasized two priorities: completion of the Comprehensive Plan update and a fire/EMS impact fee study. Council debated the scope of the work plan, including PROS plan/park impact fees, transportation impact fees, Cascadia project thresholds, and subarea plans related to commercial development, then voted to adopt the plan and authorized the mayor to sign the attached resolution.
