Selectboard hearing expected in July after Planning Commission amends Draft 7

Following the Planning Commission’s review and recorded amendments, Selectboard Chair Tom Cavanagh told the commission the Selectboard’s public hearing would probably be scheduled in July. The commission recorded technical and substantive edits—ranging from the report date change to zoning and procedural language—to be incorporated into the amended Draft 7.
Zoning Administrator William Goodwin will incorporate the edits and the report date change (to 04/27/2026) so the amended draft and accompanying report can be transmitted to the Selectboard for its public hearing. The meeting closed with a unanimous vote to adjourn at 6:17 P.M.
