County engineering staff reported that several major road, bridge, mill/overlay, roundabout, and trail projects are proceeding on schedule, with multiple projects advancing into bidding or construction this spring and summer. Staff said improved project tracking and strong staff coordination, complemented by consultant support for complex right‑of‑way and wetland issues, have supported timely delivery.
